We want all players to get involved Thursday 21st from 6pm to enjoy themselves in a game of Single Wicket Cricket (see below). The Bar will be open for a drink and BBQ for dinner.

Introducing Single Wicket Cricket

The rules are as follows

Two players are drawn to face each other. Each player will bowl and bat to each other for two overs with six fielders in the field. The player with the most runs then proceeds to the winners bracket. The loser is knocked out of the tournament.

Each wicket will be minus 5 runs to your score.

Wides and no balls are four runs, with a maximum of 8 balls an over.

All balls down leg side are wides.

There is no LBW

Batsmen must complete their run once pass halfway and runout must be to that end.

In the event scores are level, a super over of 4 balls will be played. If still tied, a boundary count back decides the winner.
